The fully accredited Australian Caravan Park Training School, based at BIG4 North Star Holiday Resort, conducts regular 1 week orientation programs for intending caravan and holiday park owners/managers, with opportunities for "hands-on" experience at one of Australia's premier holiday resorts.

This orientation program is accredited by Australian Tourism Training and VETAB, and covers five days of intense training which includes one day of hands on experience to give you an excellent introduction to the operation of caravan parks.

Ian Beadel, a founding partner and director of BIG4 North Star Holiday Resort, holds a Diploma of Caravan Park Management and was Chairman of BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia from 1996 to 2001. Travelling extensively throughout Australia and the world to research current trends in the caravan park and recreational vehicle (RV) park industry, Ian brings back information to Australian park operators.
