ACCOMMODATION ENQUIRY
Payment Details:
Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail with a reservation number and quote, and any conditions which may apply. Please confirm your reservation within two weeks by email, facsimile or post if you prefer for security purposes, quoting the booking number and enclosing payment or your credit card details. Once we have received this, your booking is complete and we will post your confirmation to you.
Guarantee:
A full refund of all fees paid if you are not completely satisfied with your accommodation or service within one hour of your arrival.
- Tariff Periods - are from April 1st to March 31st of each year, however tariffs are subject to change without prior notification.
- Site Allocation - Whilst every endevour is made to secure particular sites for guests, we reserve the right to move guests within the specified category.
- Change of Dates - It is not always possible to alter booking dates on arrival. If you have reason to alter the date please advise 28 days prior to arrival date.
- Early Departures - Sorry, the Resort cannot offer refunds should you choose to shorten your holiday.
- Check In: 12noon for sites, 2.00pm for accommodation
- Check Out: 10am. 4pm departures may be available (See Reception for details)
- Reservations: 30% deposit with your booking, balance before or on arrival
- Christmas Booking: 25% deposit within 1 month from the day of the reservation, and a further 25% due in October, with balance on arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid:
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund
- Cancellation between 8 –28 days, your full deposit will be held for up to 12 months to be used for any future booking
- Cancellation outside 28 days, deposits will be refunded less a $25 handling fee, if you prefer this to the above option
